Return Eligibility
- Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all hangtags and labels intact.
- Made-to-order, custom-sized, and final-sale clearance items cannot be returned.
Return Process

- Return Instructions: We will provide you with the return shipping address and relevant handling guidelines.
- Ship Back: Repack the item securely and return it via a trackable shipping method for your protection.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error such as incorrect items received or manufacturing defects.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
